Garden party — long, summery dresses (tea length or longer) and suits, linen, or something equally smart for the men. Colour very much encouraged.
Comfortable shoes and a light layer for the sea breeze are both a good idea.

Getting there & getting home
Very limited near Holy Cross Church. We recommend arriving by taxi, being dropped off, or arranging a lift for the ceremony.
Guests are welcome to park in the field at Carswell for the reception. Plenty of space — follow the signs.
Carriages depart Carswell for Plymouth at 11:00pm and 12:30am. Seats limited — the carriage won't wait!
Taxis in this part of Devon fill up fast — especially on September Saturdays. We'll share recommended local firms closer to the day.

We've pre-allocated on-site accommodation at Carswell for close family — if you haven't heard from us about this, please arrange your own stay. September in South Devon is beautiful, and everything books up quickly!
